COVID-19 Update

Effective March 23, 2020, The Bank of Milan DRIVE THRU will be open normal business hours and lobby will be by appointment only. 

At The Bank of Milan we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our customers, employees and communities are our top priority amidst the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are committed to serving you during this time and we want to inform you of our efforts to continue to operate safely and effectively.

All branches are open and operating.  We've implemented the following practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers: 

  • Increased focus on sanitizing public surfaces and high-touch areas.
  • Asking employees who are sick to stay home until they're well.
  • Keeping employees updated on CDC guidelines, including heightened focus on hygiene, thorough hand washing and social distancing.

If you are feeling ill or would like to access your accounts outside the branch, we encourage you to utilize the following products:

Online and Mobile Banking You can conveniently access your account to make transfers, pay bills, view your transaction history, check your balances and more, from the comfort of your home or office.

ATMs:  Get cash, transfer funds, and check balances.

We also understand there may be instances in which customers find themselves facing financial challenges as a result of the quickly evolving situation. We are here to help and we encourage customers who may be impacted to reach out and discuss how we may be of assistance.
